Featured Exercise: Sandbell Single Leg Squat
Here is a nice variation of a single leg squat implementing a sandbell. It’s a bit more difficult to load in this fashion compared to reaching two dumbbells out in front of you as there is no counter balance effect. Here, we show two versions. Contralateral load and an ipsilateral load. The video will explain the difference.
