Oh the fallacies that brew in the female brain. “Lifting heavy weights will make me big and bulky”, “Light weight and high reps will shape and tone”, and so on and so on. These are lies that are fed to you from the mass media (usually with the goal to sell some shitty product or supplement). Ladies, don’t buy into this garbage! Go to the gym, lift heavy things, work hard, and eat smart. That’s what makes a sexy woman….. not starvation diets and little pink dumbbells. Take a look at the these impressive females demonstrating STRENGTH. Do any of them look big and bulky?
