Sled/TRX Series: #2 TRX Walking Sled Row
I got this idea from my good friend Chris Frankel at Fitness Anywhere (creators of the TRX). This is a fine selection to take a horizontal pull and make it a total body, metabolic option. You want to make it a fluid movement by sequentially rowing while walking backwards. It’s not a step, pause and then row.
It would be best to get someone comfortable with simply pulling the sled backwards first before combining the two movements together.
