Sled/TRX Series: #3 Sled Chest Press
This is our last sled/TRX exercise in this series. Although there are more exercises and variations, these are the ones we are currently using at IPT.
Again, this is another idea from Chris Frankel. This is kind of the opposite of the row variation…. Here we will actually step and then press. In the video the TRX is set a little too short which will lead to some bouncing of the sled. I prefer it set long. The balance aspect will take a little getting use to but I like that.
