Dewey Nielsen – Head Trainer

Dewey is a reputable and respected strength coach and fitness author in Oregon. He has paved a way for himself as a top authority on the topic of performance training for Mixed Martial Arts and is a contributing writer for strengthcoach.com and fitnessanywhere.com (creators of the TRX suspension trainer). His love and passion for strength and conditioning sets him apart from many in the industry, which mirrors results in the success of his clients. Dewey has worked with everyone from the general public to high level athletes. He also coaches mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu and is a Black Belt in BJJ.

Rick Janosek – Trainer

Rick has been passionate about fitness since the first time he touched a barbell at the age of 15. Since then he has dedicated his time, energy and education into becoming one of the most promising young strength coaches around. Rick naturally upholds the IPT standard of always staying current with cutting edge strength and conditioning methods. Rick earned a Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon.

Jamie Cunningham – Trainer & Gym Manager

Fitness has been a part of most of Jamie’s life. She played volleyball in competitve leagues and enjoyed tennis recreationally. However, as many mother do, she put herself last on the list and found herself 40 pounds overweight and not happy about it.

With Dewey’s training, Jamie shed the 40 pounds and in the process discovered the value of physical fitness and how it translated into “life fitness”. After being trained for five years, she jumped into the field and has had the great fortune to learn from the best trainers in the area – Dewey and Rick. Jamie recieved her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Jamie is married and has a daughter, son, and two step-daughters.
